Tehran: Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi has sharply criticized Muslim countries that have normalized relations with Israel, stating that there is only one response to aggression, and that is resistance.
According to international reports, the Iranian President stated that those who have accepted Israel have invested in a defeated horse, and normalizing relations with the Zionist regime is a regrettable act. He emphasized that resistance proves to be more successful than surrendering oneself in the face of an enemy.
He further stated that those who have accepted Israel have bolstered the Zionist regime, and Israel remains the eternal enemy of Muslims. Extending a hand of friendship to it is equivalent to plunging a dagger into the heart of the Muslim Ummah.
It should be noted that in the Abraham Accords of 2020 and 2012, some Muslim countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Morocco, normalized relations with Israel, reinstating diplomatic and trade ties.
The United States has also claimed that Saudi Arabia and Israel are in the final stages of normalizing relations, although Israel has confirmed this, while Saudi Arabia maintains that no agreement can be reached until a resolution to the Palestinian issue is in place.
