Kabul – Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif in his address to the Afghan delegation said that the Pakistan was determined to weed out terrorists and dismantle their networks.
According to the sources, PM Nawaz Sharif in his visit to Kabul said that Pakistan was fully focused to eliminate extremism and terrorism of all sorts and added that Islamabad strongly condemned Taliban terrorism in Afghanistan.
He said that Pakistan and Afghanistan were brothers and friends therefore Pakistan wanted to strengthen that relation through development and trade.
According to the sources, both the sides discussed the construction of roads and ways of energy co-operation to boost up the socio- economic conditions of both the countries.
The sources also revealed that the Prime Minister assured Kabul that Pakistan would back Afghan-led and afghan-owned peace process.
Prime Minster Nawaz Sharif paid thanks to the Afghan President Ashraf Ghani for his warm welcome.
