Lahore: Chief of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) , Syed Munawwar Hassan on Friday has said that as Musharaf claimed that he was a soldier and a brave man so he should show courage and face the trial.
Addressing the media after JI’s majlis-e-shura at Lahore, Hassan said that if Musharaf did not any thing wrong so he has to face the case instead of excuses.
He said that he wanted to see in a good health and he should be provided good treatment.
He said that there were good enough facilities in Pakistan for a better treatment and Musharaf should say no to go abroad.
During the media briefing, the JI chief criticized the government for its policies which became the reason of inflation in the country.
He said that the government has nothing to do with the problems and it was not sincere to control loadshedding of electricity as well as gas.
