London: Pakistani school girl, Malala Yousafzai, who was shot in the head by Taliban militants in Swat after she raised her voice for education, has once again started going to school in Birmingham, a city of Britain.
According to TV reports, the teen girl, who went through a reconstructive surgery in the Queen Elizabeth hospital of Birmingham, has been enrolled in the Edgbaston High School for girls.
Speaking to media after joining school, she said that it was her dream to once again join school after being attacked by the militants and now the dream has come true.
Meanwhile, it is thought she will secure permanent residence in the UK after her father was granted a job with the Pakistani consulate in Birmingham.
She has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize and a fund has been set up in her name to support girls’ education across the globe.
