Islamabad: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chaiman Fasih Bukhari along with other officials arrived here in the Supreme Court of Pakistan as a division bench of the apex court set to resume hearing in Karmran Faisal death case today (Monday).
The bench comprising Justice Jawad S Khawaja and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain during the last hearing had issued notices to National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman and other officials, seeking record of CC TV record of Federal Lodges, postmortem report, data of phone calls between Faisal —- the investigation officers who was probing rental power plant projects case and found dead in his home in Islamabad — and NAB officials and police record.
The NAB offices in Rawalpindi and Islamabad remained open on Saturday and Sunday despite weekly off to complete the task assigned by the top court.
Sources say the NAB submitted the record to the court on Sunday.
