Islamabad: America does not make Pakistan but Pakistani make Pakistan and America and different international friends will help it, Cameron Munter, USA Ambassador in Pakistan said.
Speaking to the participants at Young Entrepreneur Conference “Inspiring a new wave of entrepreneurship”, he said that Pakistan will witness a good change in next five years with lots of innovations and advancement will bring in the peoples’ lives.
The next five years will be good for Pakistani as mobile banking is flourishing tremendously, the services of tele-medicine will be beginning through 3G or 4G technology, Munter said.
The entrepreneurs in Pakistan are innovative and talented turning problems through solutions and creativity, he said. Pakistan 100 fastest companies have sorted out its challenges that hinder economy and business growth as they vowed to surmount all problems with unity and proper strategy.
Pakistani business leaders have done excellence community services. For instance, Engro and P&G are exceptional for their business and social corporate responsibility, Munter said.
The development of young leaders is responsibility of the corporation through capacity building and education in the rural areas.
US government is helping Pakistan is different sectors particularly it played a vital role in making young leadership through students 100 exchange programs.
Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State, in her video message said, the people of Pakistan have always had an inspiring entrepreneurial spirit. It is an honor to bring so many talented young people together in one place to talk about entrepreneurship.
