Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has reserved its verdict inĀ NRO implementation case and will announce today at 1 PM.
An SC bench headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa was hearing the case. The SC in last hearing had said it would take action if its NRO verdict was not fully implemented till the next hearing.
National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Fasih Bokhari said that the NAB could not take action against Adnwa Khuwaja, Justice ret Malik Qayyum and Malik Riaz Sheikh as it was not authorized to do so.
It is to mention here that Ā prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani had appointed matriculation passed Adnan Khuwaja Ā as Managing Director Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL).
The Supreme Court of Pakistan had taken notice into matter.
