Islamabad: Tariq Khosa has reportedly refused to head a commission formed by the Supreme Court of Pakistan to probe memogate scandal, sources said on Saturday.
The SC had in it’s primarily verdict on multiple petitions against the controversial memogate asked the registrar to form the commission after receiving consent from the former DG Federal Investigation Agency Tariq Khosa to investigate the scandal that raised several questions regarding the national security.
Khosa was considered an upright officer, who carried out probe several corruption cases.
The government had removed him from  the FIA by giving him promotion so that the culprits involved in looting national wealth could not be taken to task by the officer was not ready to spare anyone.
