Karachi: Former Sindh home minister Dr Zulfiqar Mirza has said that if people want peace required in Karachi then Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan should be imprisoned.
Talking to a private Pakistan news channel Geo News’ programme ‘Lakin’ on Wednesday, Mirza alleged governor house has become den of crimes. He said blackmailing is being played and illegal plots were gifted in the governor house, and “ I have all proofs”.
He said Muhajir Qaumi Movement-Haqiqi (MQM-H) leader Afaq Ahmed was an innocent person as court has proved him innocent. He said Ahmed’s house arrest was totally illegal and Chief Justice of Pakistan should take notice of the incident.
Mirza said time has come that people who want to live freely should come out. He said that it was unacceptable that innocent people would be detained because of criminal elements.
He warned that we would bring innocent people out from jails and killers, rapists and sinners would be sent to jails.
