Beijing: The first ”Strategic Economic Dialogue” between China and India would be held here in Beijing next week.
The dialogue was established during Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao’s visit to India in December 2010.
Dialogues would be focused on Plan formulation and implementation in China and India, the global economic outlook, efficient use of water resources, energy efficiency and pricing and potential cooperation in the railways sector.
National Development and Reform Commission Chairman Zhang Ping will lead the Chinese side while Deputy Chairman Planning Commission M. S. Ahluwalia will lead the Indian side.
Dialogues would be held on September 26 and 27 in Chinese capital.
