Islamabad: All Pakistan Newspapers Employees (APNEC) and Media Workers Organization (MWO) have thanked Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani for increasing the quota of their plots in official housing schemes.
In their joint statements, vice chairman APNEC Siddiqui Anzar, secretary general Syed Ikram Bukhari, president MWO Kaleem Shamim, and secretary general Raja Javed Khan have declared it as a great gift for media related workers.
They also said that share of media related workers in Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA) and Federal Government Employees Housing Society (FGEHS) was also due to their hectic efforts, while earlier flats in sectors G-10 and G-11 have also been allotted to media workers.
Thanking the federal housing and works minister, Faisal Saleh Hayat for his cooperation in forwarding the summary for such endeavors to the PM, hoping that their such endeavors would also continue in future.
