Karachi: At least twelve persons including a woman were killed and more than sixteen sustained injuries in separate incidents of violence in different localities of Karachi here on Friday.
According to police, at least four persons including a woman were killed and more than twelve sustained wounds during exchange of firing between the two rival groups here in Godhra.
The police rushed at the site and cordoned off the area but exchange of firing could not be controlled till one hour while additional police contingent have been deployed at the site.Unknown men gunned down a man near Sindhi hotel in New Karachi. In separate incident some unknown people gunned down a man here in Kharadar.
A decomposed body was found in Khadda market, Lyari. The two men have been gunned down respectively in Nazimabad and Kharadar.
