According to SamMobile, Galaxy S4 mini is likely to be released in somewhere around May. If we specify a certain day, it wouldn’t be accurate right now, but 21st week of 2013 could be the expected week for release of the mini smartphone.
Though there is no trusted information available right now regarding the features of the mini device, International Business Times has pointed out some expected specifications and features of Galaxy S4 mini which are as following:

The mini smartphone will have 4.3 inch screen with 720 HD display
Data Capacity
According to IBT, Galaxy S4Ā mini is likely to have 16 GB and 32 GB data storage capacity, seems an adequate capacity for some and an inadequate one for others.
Camera
The mini device is likely to come with an 8 mega pixel camera on rear and 2 mega pixel front camera.
Connectivity
Galaxy S4 mini will have Wi Fi, 3G and 4G LTE support.
NFC
Another exciting feature is availability of NFC (Near Field Communication) feature in the mini smartphone.
