Islamabad: Senior civil judge Islamabad has extended the remand of Khurram Rasool in bank fraud case for three days and directed the Federal Investigation Agency to produce him before the court on January 30th. The court expressed its displeasure over the FIA officials for not producing complete record of the case and ordered to bring complete record on next hearing.
Khurram Rasool, allegedly involved in bank fraud and other cases, told the court that he had been a media coordinator to Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani for five to six months during last year. He claimed that the prime minister was not involved in the case at all.
