Mumbai: Indian master blaster batsmen Sachin Tendulkar has gotten another chance by Indian selectors to make a world record by completing his 100th ton in international cricket.
Tendulkar has been struggling to get big scores as he targets an unprecedented 100th international century, although he may get a crack at the milestone before the Asia Cup if India makes next week’s best-of-three final of the ongoing tri-series in Australia.
The 38-year-old Tendulkar’s inclusion also came as a surprise as there had been speculation that he would be rested following a long tour of Australia.
But Asian wickets always support batsmen to make high scores and this is why the Indian selectors given him the chance to achieve the milestone.
