Jerusalem: Violent clashes continued between Palestine and Israel for another day, with Hamas launching attacks that resulted in over 700 casualties, including Israeli soldiers. Approximately 2,000 Israelis have been injured, and numerous Israeli civilians and officials have been displaced. In response, Israel initiated retaliatory actions, resulting in the martyrdom of more than 500 Palestinians and leaving over 2,200 wounded.
According to media reports, Israel faced significant repercussions from Hamas’ military wing’s operations. In the “Operation Al-Aqsa Flood,” thousands of rockets were fired at Israel, causing widespread panic and damage. Several Israeli areas were targeted in the attacks from land, sea, and air. Palestinian freedom resistance fighters also infiltrated Israeli territories, carrying out targeted assaults.
In addition to the conflict between Israel and Palestine, Lebanon’s Hezbollah organization entered the fray by launching attacks on three Israeli military posts. These posts are located in the occupied Shebaa Farms region. In response, Israeli forces conducted rocket strikes along Lebanon’s border areas. Israel’s government confirmed the killing of a 42-year-old commander, Nahal.
On the other hand, Israel initiated retaliatory actions against Gaza, targeting various locations. Gaza endured night-long Israeli bombardments, resulting in significant structural damage due to Israeli airstrikes. Israel announced the suspension of fuel, goods, and electricity supplies to Gaza. Israeli forces issued threats of a complete takeover of Gaza as tensions escalated.
