Islamabad: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has registered a case against the PTI chairman regarding the disappearance of the Cypher.
The FIA’s counter-terrorism wing has registered a case against the PTI chairman concerning the Cypher document’s disappearance. The JIT investigating the Cypher affair will conduct the investigation. It may be recalled that former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s former principal secretary Azam Khan had recorded his statement about the Cypher, in which he had termed it a well-thought-out conspiracy.
Notably, last year in March, during a public gathering, the then Prime Minister Imran Khan took out a letter from his pocket and claimed that the opposition’s no-confidence motion against him was the result of a foreign conspiracy because of his foreign policy, and funds were also sent from abroad to oust him from power.
