PESHAWAR: Security forces and Police on Monday morning has conducted a joint search operation in different sites of Peshawar, District of Khyber PakhtunKhwa, Pakistan.
At least 74 people including 27 Afghan nationals have been detained in the search operation which was conducted in Budh Ber, Hayat Abad and Tehkal, sites in Peshawar.
All the Afghan national were illegal residents there.
All the suspects have been shifted to unknown place for further investigations.
Police spokesman told media that lethal weapons and ammunitions have been recovered from the possession of suspects.
This operation has been conducted on information provided by the intelligence agencies on presence of Taliban’s suspects.
All the entering and exit points had been closed during the search operation.
