LAHORE: An armed suspect has been detained from outside the polling station of NA-122 on Wahdat Road, Lahore.
According to details, FIR has been filed against the suspect and Police has revealed that a 9mm pistol and bullets have been recovered from the possession of detained person.
It is to be kept in mind that tight security measurements have been arranged on the polling day in Lahore and Okara as polling is underway in NA-122 and PP-147, Lahore and NA-144, Okara, pakistan
Pakistan Army has been deployed inside and outside the polling stations for transparency and candidates have appreciated to step to deploy Pakistan Army and Rangers during the polling.
