ISLAMABAD – Pakistani singer Umair Jaswal who lift up Coke Studio 8 to new heights revealed that he received several hate mails after the song ‘Sammi Meri Waar.’
Young singer cum actor Umair Jaswal in an interview with The Express Tribune said that he received offensive and negative mails after his latest song “Saami Meri Waar.’
He said that “I have received a lot of hate mail from people, which at times has been really offensive and negative, but I chose not to retaliate.”
Jaswal revealed that he also faced same reaction during his debut in musical show coke studio when he performed Charkha Nolakha alongside Atif Aslam.
“The amount of hate I got back then is unimaginable.” he added. Umair Jaswal also told that he also received messages from country like Iraq.
Earlier, famous Pakistani singer Umair Jaswal exposed the cheating of Indian composer Ammal Malik.
Umair Jaswal choosed social-networking site Facebook to exposed the cheating of Indian composer. 24-year old Ammal Malik in Indian music show “Junior Indian Idol” claimed that he composed the famous song ” Tere Bin Lage Nahi” but originally this song was composed and sung by Uzair Jaswal.
