The executive council of Wafaqul madaras Arbia Pakistan and national religious leadership have announced to move Supreme Court through consultation of the legal experts for getting the 21st constitutional amendment declared null and void.

After the Peshawar incident, the matters relating to targeting the religious section, raids on the madaras and frightening the people on the name of asking for their particulars were also pondered in the meeting.

The Peshawar incident once again was severely condemned and it was termed the most tragic incident of the human history.
