Blast by gas leakage injures four in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: At least four persons including women and child sustained serious injuries following an explosion due to gas leakage occurred inside house in Rawalpindi.

The incident took place in Bahria Town Phase-5 located in Rawalpindi, where two women, man and a child got injured in the explosion inside house.

Rescue sources said that the blast was occurred due to gas leakage.

Heavy clouds of smoke were seen in the area while window glasses of several nearby home shattered by the sound of intense explosion.

The injured persons were shifted to the local hospital situated in Bahria Town.
