ISLAMABAD: Twenty European ambassadors on Friday held meeting with protesting Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan in Islamabad, local media reported.
Imran Khan told the ambassadors regarding alleged vote rigging in 2013 General Election while answering their question about the period of ongoing sit-ins against government.
The delegation was informed that the government failed to show seriousness in transparent investigation of vote rigging.
PTI chief said that they initially demanded for investigation into four constituencies but the government showed no response and now rigging evidences are emerging in each constituency.
He added that the federal government disagreed over the investigation through judicial commission even after exemption of condition for Prime Minister’s resignation.
According to reports, the delegation was comprising of France, Germany, Italy, Swedan and Denmark ambassadors who held meeting with Imran Khan.
