ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Core Committee on Monday decided to move court against over-billing of electricity. The committee some Rs 70 billion were overcharged from the electricity consumer in monthly bills .
The meeting of PTI’s Core Committee was held in Islamabad with PTI Chairman Imran Khan in the chair .
The committee demanded the government to return the over-charged amount to the electricity consumers.
The committee questioned the rational behind collecting some Rs70 billion from the consumers when they were facing worst load-shedding.
