LAHORE: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM)’s woman Memmber of National Assembly (MNA) Tahira Asif was injured in a firig incident in Lahore’s Iqbal town.
The tragic incident took place when she allegedly resisted a dacoity attempt.
MQM chief condemns
Mean while MQM chief Altaf Hussain condemned the blast in strong words and said that Tahira Asif was receiving threats for months and she also applied for proper security but her application was not given proper heed.
Altaf Hussain also talked to the MNA’s husband Mian Asif and condemned the incident.
MQM chief said that all MQM workers and he himself stand with Tahira Asif in this hour of test.
