Peshawar: At least eight people have been killed, 17 others injured as three blasts hit cinema in Peshawar here on Tuesday.
According to rescue sources, the incident took place near Shama Cinema situated in Bacha Khan Chowk area of Peshawar.
The rescue sources said that around 100 people were presented in the cinema at the time of explosion.
Injured were shifted to Lady Reading Hospital and other nearby hospitals where an emergency had been imposed.
No one has yet claimed responsibility for the attack, but police said that cinema houses in the city were already under threat.
It is to be mentioned here that two explosions targeted the Peshawar’s Picture House Cinema which killed four people while injured 33 others.
