Research Shows Anger Can Be Dangerous for the Heart

Washington: Medical experts have deduced from recent research that anger can be significantly hazardous for the heart.

According to international news agencies, experts state that experiencing anger increases the risk of heart disease in individuals. Researchers say that one major cause for the unnatural or unhealthy constriction of blood vessels is anger, which significantly raises the risk of developing heart disease, posing a threat to human life.

Experts affiliated with Columbia University further explained that individuals who spend a lot of time or frequently in a state of anger suffer from chronic damage to their blood vessels. During the study, researchers closely examined the blood vessels of participants when they were angry.

The findings conclude that the state of anger causes the weakening of the blood vessels. These effects last up to 40 minutes after the anger subsides.
