MANDI BAHAUDDIN: Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Meraj trainer aircraft has crashed in a village in Mandi Bahauddin on Thursday, local media reported.
Police said that the incident took place in Farrukhpur village situated near Mandi Bahauddin district of Pakistan’s Punjab province, Dunya News reported.
The plane crash claimed lives of its pilot and co-pilot on board; the deceased were identified as Wing Commander M Jamal and Flying officer Saad Suleiman.

Rescue teams have reached the location while security officials now collecting the remnant of the plane.
Other reports claiming the trainer plane belongs to a private organisation which crashed in Qadir Abad area of Mandi Bahauddin while casualties are expected in the incident, Geo News reported.
