LAHORE: The Pakistan’s attacking fast bowler Umar Gul has been declared ‘fit’ by the medical panel of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) – which opened chances for his re-joining in ODIs against Sri Lanka in ongoing UAE series.
Umar Gul is likely to be added in the Green Shirts’ squad for One Day International (ODI) matches against the Sri Lanka in the ongoing UAE series.
Gul was vanished from the grounds since last eight month followed by a severe knee surgery, however, the dangerous fast bowler started net practice session with full rhythm and complete run-ups.
According to reported, PCB medical panel head Dr. Sohail Saleem declared him fit for playing matches after observing his medical reports which signalled ‘green’.
