ISLAMABAD: Two students of International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), Saud Khan and Rafia Zareen have completed their PhD degrees in Econometrics and Education degree program respectively.
According to notification issued by examination branch of the university, Saud Khan completed his PhD in Econometrics, his research was conducted on “HEDGING: An Islamic Approach” which was supervised by Professor Dr. Asad Zaman of IIUI. Evaluators of Saud’s research were Dr. Ahmed Khalid, Associate Professor from Bond University of Australia and Dr. Mehment, Associate professor of Faith University, Turkey.
While Rafia Zareen of PhD Education Degree program, narrated her thesis on the topic “A Study of Higher Secondary Science Education Curriculum in Pakistan in the Light of Constructivism”. Her research was supervised by Professor Dr. M. Munir Kiyani whilst foreign evaluators of her thesis were Dr, Norman Reid of Glasgow University, UK and Dr. Peter Charles Tayloy of Curtin University.
