Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab: Making fun over ads on ‘performance of Pakistan Peoples Party’, Nawaz Sharif said Pakistan is facing a quagmire of problems and they are giving ads to newspapers.
“What have they (previos rulers) done to the country where there is load-shedding, lawlessness and poverty,” he viewed addressing an election gathering at Mandi Bahauddin.
Drawing attention of youth of the area, Pakistan Muslim League president assured opening branches of banks to provide them soft loans.
“May 11 is the day to change fate of Pakistan and they should get ready for this change.”
A chaotic situation, however, was witnessed just after Nawaz left the place with youth of area started hurling things around.
They were of the opinion it was unfair that Nawaz Sharif reached here late and then left quickly without giving them sufficient time
Reiterating his view about ending power outages from the country, Nawaz Sharif says youth will be injected in energy sector.
“We have already planned to provide electricity and gas on subsidy to the consumers,” he said while talking at a program in Lahore.
Pakistan Muslim League leader was of the view that his party had economic experts as well as economic planners.
Pakistan is facing a worsening power crisis with prolonged power outages irking citizens allover the country.
PMLN is taking advantage of alleged Pakistan Peoples Party’s incompetency to end the load-shedding from the country.
“The ministers of PPP remained busy in looting,” Nawaz said and added PMLN had eligible persons to run Water and Power sectors.
“Filling the gap of 6000 Mega Watt of power is not a big problem.”
