KABUL: A NATO plane on Saturday plane got crashed in southern Afghanistan resulting in death of four military personnel.
The Nato-led International Security Assistance Force (Isaf) has given media the details of the event yesterday. Their spokesman told media that
The cause of the crash is not known as yet and the investigation is underway, however, he said that the initial reports did not suggest suggested any militant activity in the area at the time.
NATO forces are comprised of many nations but the spokesman did not give the nationalities of the victims or the crash’s location.
The deputy governor of Zabul province said a foreign military aircraft came down there on Saturday and then it was crashed.
He told that the scene of the crash in Shah Joy district had been surrounded by troops.It should be mentioned that even during last month five US troops were killed when a helicopter crashed during a rainstorm in the southern province of Kandahar.
