Islamabad: Advisor to Prime Minister on Petroleum, Dr. Asim Hussain on Thursday said that Pakistan would ink an agreement of gas pipeline with Iran by tomorrow as the delegation of an Iranian company is holding talks with the Pakistani officials.
According to sources, Dr Asim said that the agreement which would be signed by tomorrow will provide 750 million cubic feet gas to the country on daily basis.
“The negotiations with the Iranian company have entered into the final phase and a deal is imminent between the two by tomorrow,” he added.
He further added that the deal would be between Pakistan’s Inter State Gas Systems and Iranian and Iranian company Tadbeer.
