Islamabad: The law ministry of Pakistan has rejected the summary of CNG tariff, saying petroleum ministry doesn’t have the right to make such move.
The summary was rejected at a special meeting convened by Economic Coordination Committee of the Cabinet on Tuesday to review the proposed tariff plan.
Expressing his views, Law Minister, Farooq H. Naek said that only Ogra has the right to evolve and dispatch any document relating to the CNG sector. He also postponed proposed 15-day price fixation of the utility.
