Townsville: South Africa U-19 on Sunday defeated England’s U-19 by 103 runs in second quarterfinal of International Cricket Council Under-19 World Cup.
England won the toss and decided to field first. South Africa’s middle order batsman Murray Coetzee was the top scorer with 67 runs while middle order batsman Theunis de Bruyn made 54. South Africa managed to score 244 runs. England’s Reece Topley took 3 wickets for 45.
In reply, England were all out on 141 runs.
South Africa’s Prenelan Subrayen took 4 wickets for 24.
