Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has fixed August 15 to hear government’s review petition in NRO implementation case.
A five-member bench headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa would take up the petition. The government had submitted the on August 8 contending that the court orders regarding Swiss letter were in violation of th Constitution and a prime minister who took oath under the Constitution is not bound to implant such orders.
The plea was filed through Attorney General irfan Qadir in which he said that the constitution and law was disregarded by summoning former prime minister thrice in the court.
