Saint Petersburg: Michael Jackson fans have been dispersed by the local police and one person was arrested for failing to obtaining permission to stage a rally.
In order to mark Jackson’s death anniversary, the fan club had gathered in front of the US consulate. They sang songs, lit candles and unfolded a banner saying, “We remember, we grieve.”
RT reported that the fans denied it was a rally and said that they had only gathered to commemorate the occasion.
