Hyderabad: Business and other activities came to a halt on Saturday as the Jiye Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM) observed strike against what it said government’s unwillingness to probe the death of its chief Bashir Khan Qureshi.
According to reports, a complete strike was observed in Jamshoro, Pad Adin, Dadu, Juhi and Mehr while partial strike was observed in Hyderabad and other cities.
Examinations have been postponed in Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur and Sindh University Jamshoro in the wake of strike.
