New Delhi: Indian has not allowed Pakistani judicial commission, headed by FIA prosecutor Chaudhry Zulfiqar, to cross examine Ajmal Kasab. The sole survivor of Mumbai terror attacks, Indian media reports said on Friday.
According to the reports the commission would be allowed to record statements of four witnesses but would not be permitted to cross examine them.
The Pakistan probe commission has been visiting India to record statements of witnesses of Mumbai attacks. The witnesses include chief investigation officer, a female magistrate and two doctors.
