Sukkur: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif has said though resignations were an option, but his party was not mulling over to resign from the parliament yet.
He was talking to media after arriving in Sukker. Sharif said that any decision on resignations would be taken in the larger interest of the country.
The former prime minister said that time had come to get rid of Zardari as he didn’t give anything to the nation except corruption and plunder. “We want strong democracy,” he added. Sharif said that key state institutions were being destroyed by the government.
Replying a query, he said that he would meet Shah Mehmood Qureshi on November 22.
