Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has directed the authorities to collect data of dengue patients from hospitals on daily basis.
On Wednesday, the CM Punjab chaired the meeting of the Dengue Emergency Committee to review anti dengue campaign.
Shahbaz was briefed on the steps taken by chief secretary heath and Sri Lankan experts. He was informed that eight dispensaries of labor department have been active and 30,000 metric ton waste of the city would be dumped till 14 October.
Shahbaz directed the authorities to expedite the efforts to lift waste from the city.
