Chinese Vice Premier arrives in Pakistan

Islamabad: The Vice Premier of China Li Keqiang has arrived in Pakistan on Monday on an official two days visit. 

Chinese Vice Prime Minister Li Keqiang was received by Pakistan’s Interior Minister Rahman Malik and Pakistan’s Ambassador to China Masood Khan.

Sources said that the Chinese VPM would meet with political and military leadership to discuss mutual issues particularly regional matters.

President Zardari would also organize a dinner for Chinese vice Prime Minister at presidency. The current Chinese official visit is being considered significant amid escalating tensions between United States and Pakistan.
