Peshawar: After PDMA (Provincial disaster Management Authority’s) taking over of all rehabilitation progress of IDPs’ camps, the Afghan commissionaire has terminated the services of 250 contract employees.
Sources informed that Afghan commissionerate had expressed their regrets from taking over responsibilities for these IDP camps after which UN’s concerning department signed an accord with the Provincial government, handing over the management of IDP camps to PDMA.
The terminated employees have been adjusted in various departments of Provincial ministries.
