Karachi: More than 100 people were detained in various parts of Karachi, home to at least 20 million people and commercial hub of the nuclear armed nation.
Sources said that Pakistan Rangers Sindh launched search operation Saturday in Sultan Abad area of Manghopeer.
The sources that area was reverberating with firing during the search operation, adding that two people were injured in trade of fire with the paramilitary force.The injured were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
They said that Rangers have also set up two check posts on a hill top adjacent to the area.
Earlier on Friday the Rangers had arrested more than 700 hundred people most of them were later released after being interrogated. The sources said that the operations have been launched after the three buses of Pakistan Navy was targeted in blasts in Karachi whiten span of 24 hours.
