Lahore:Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Lahore Aslam Tareen has said that the US citizen Raymond Davis did not killed the two Pakistani youths in self defence.He said that police had presented incomplete challan of Raymond Davis, adding that the police in the challan have contended that the accused be tried under section 302.
Addressing a press conference here on Friday he said that Davis had not killed two Pakistani youths in self-defence as he tried to kill one of the fleeing boy.
“It has proved that the accused killed two men brutally” he added.
Aslam Tareen said tat the US citizen fired 10 bullets at slain youths,
“The police investigation and forensic report show it was not self-defence,” Tareen said.
“His plea has been rejected by police investigators,” he said. “He gave no chance to them to survive. That is why we consider it was not self-defence. We have proof it was not self-defence. It was clear murder.”
