WASHINGTON: United States and China on Wednesday signed an agreement of $45 billion in the US exports, including a $19 billion deal to buy 200 Boeing airplanes.
The US president Barack Obama and his Chinese counterpart Hu Jjintao clarified this in a joint press conference in White House. Both the president agreed to respects each other’s core interest.
Obama said the agreement with China will help to create 235,000 jobs in the US. He said China’s cooperation with the US is in great interest of the world
The US president said that Iran should follow the international nuclear laws otherwise financial sanctions would be imposed on Tehran.
He expressed grave concern over the nuclear programme of North Korea and urged Beijing to cooperate with the US to create peace in the world including Korea. He said both the countries would also work for environmental protection.
On the occasion, Hu Jintao said that his government gives importance to the US government for bilateral relationship with the US. He said he would remain in touch with the US government to resolve the bilateral issues.
He said Chinese Government has endorsed the relationship with the US that would help for the both countries in the near future.
China will also invest in U.S. exports from agriculture, telecommunications and computer companies.
