Karak: Umaz Ayub, resident of Karak Khyber Pakhtunkhwa , has given birth to a child baby, media reports said on Friday.
Reports said, Uzma Ayub has handed over the child to non-government organisation (NGO), saying he could not look after her child.Later on, a private television quoted Uzma as saying that she had not given her baby to the NRO instead they forcibly took her away.
She expressed the resolve that she would take the case of rape to a logical end.
Uzma Ayub, was kidnapped when a police party raided her residence on July 30, 2010. She could not be recovered for over a year and finally she escaped from captivity on Sept 19.
Afterwards, she charged around a dozen persons, including some policemen, for raping her. Presently, four persons, including three policemen, are behind the bars in the rape case.
Her brother was killed outside the court when he was accompanying her sister.
