ISLAMABAD: Additional Session Court of Islamabad has ordered three female students of International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) to evacuate hostel room in three days period.
Additional Session Court‘s Judge Rafaqat Awan heard the petition filed by the (IIUI) administration against stay order given to three female students of the university on Tuesday.
The judge given the verdict after hearing the arguments of both side .
The court in its verdict said that all the three students evacuate hostel room in three day time and hand over room keys to hostel administration and ordered the university administration not to create any hurdle during shifting.
On the other side students advocate showed dissatisfaction over court verdict and said it will challenge the decision in the upper court.
It is pertinent to inform here that all three female students ousted by (IIUI) hostel administration however they had got stay order in this regard.
