QUETTA: At least one Frontier Corps (FC) official was killed and other three injured by a bomb blast in Awaran district of Balochistan province of Pakistan on Wednesday.
The bomb was exploded through a remote controlled device when Frontier Corps (FC) convoy was on routine patrol in the Mashkay area of the district.
According to FC sources, the convoy was targeted with a bomb planted near the road by militants while vehicle of security forces was completely destroyed in the incident.
Rescue teams rushed the area and shifted the injured to Quetta by helicopter while security forces have cordoned off the whole area.
