New York: United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Mon has said that more strict action has been taken against Libyan President Muammar Gaddafi because he is not following the US resolutions.
He said Gaddafi is not looking serious to follow the UN resolutions.
He said NATO would take over the control of the military operation over Libya that was approved by the UN to counter Gaddafi forces.
On the other hand, splits are continued among NATO countries to take over the operation against Libya as Turkey categorically rejected the proposal of taking over the control of the military operation. But United States has said that all the reservations of Turkey in this regard have been removed.
Coalition air strikes are continued in Libya to counter Gaddafi forces in which more than hundreds people have been killed and over 1500 have been wounded but Pantagon denied such reports and said no civilian causality has occurred in coalition air strikes.
